a mixed experience
street facing roomlack privacy
my expectations weren't fully met. the room given was not ideal. it faced directly onto the street and lacked privacy. street lights shone through the curtains at night and i could see people passing by.

quiet streetmany cafés
the breakfast included fruit cocktail plus yogurts. i ate cereal and bread. a toaster was available too. i was very charmed by the location because it was on a very quiet cobblestone street. many restaurants and cafés were very nearby.
the parking garage felt a bit tight and old.

Our room included modern amenities. I appreciated the tea and coffee machine. The staff was really attentive. The breakfast had fresh fruit every day. They cooked eggs and desserts to order. I found the front desk staff very helpful. The location was quiet. It was an easy walk to the Charles Bridge.

musty smellpoor soundproofing
my so called junior suite felt rather tired. the furniture looked like it had seen better days and had this weird musty smell. also the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear street noise late into the night making sleep a challenge. i guess i expected a bit more from a place with such a high rating. plus my room overlooked some kind of service area so the view was just air conditioning units.
